2-Year Limited Warranty

All VYLEE travel power adapters enjoy a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase on Amazon.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, internal circuit failure, plug connection issues under normal travel use.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does NOT cover damage caused by improper use: water immersion, overvoltage overload, intentional breakage, or unauthorized disassembly.

Return & Replacement Process

Submit Return Request

Log into your Amazon account, find your VYLEE order, and submit a return request.

Select Return Reason

Select the reason for return: defective product, incompatible plug, quality issue, or other needs.

Free Return Within 30 Days

Amazon local warehouse supports free return within 30 days after delivery for unused, undamaged items.

Free Replacement Under Warranty

If your adapter has quality faults within the 2-year warranty period, contact our support email with your order ID and product photos, we arrange free replacement without extra fees.

Common Troubleshooting for Travel Adapters

Before reaching out, try these quick fixes for common travel adapter issues.

Check that the adapter is securely plugged into the wall outlet and the device is properly connected. Ensure the outlet is functioning by testing it with another device.
Verify that your device and cable support the adapter's output. Using a higher-quality cable may improve charging speed. Check that the adapter is not connected through a low-power USB hub.
Some warmth during use is normal. If the adapter becomes excessively hot, disconnect it immediately and allow it to cool before reuse. Ensure the adapter is not covered or placed in an enclosed space during use.
Try a different cable or device to isolate the issue. Ensure the adapter is compatible with the destination country's voltage and plug type. Clean the charging port on your device to remove any debris.
